Creating a Contact
To create a contact in the mobile app, tap on Contacts and then tap the + button in the lower right corner.
On the next screen you are able to add personal and contact info as well as Tags for organization.
To view the activity of a particular contact, tap Contacts, tap on a specific contact you would like details about, then tap on Activity below their name. Here you are able to add notes to a client, view existing notes, or view booking history.
To book an appointment for from the mobile app tap the Contacts section and tap on a contact.
Once you are viewing a contact, touch the + button in the lower right corner.
On the next screen, tap the desired service or resource.
The next screen shows availability of the service, select the date and time you wish to create your booking on. If your booking falls outside of available hours, select "Free date mode".
Lastly, to confirm your new booking, tap Save and send notification. This not only confirms your booking but will also (if enabled) send notification emails to you, the client, and the staff member assigned to the appointment.
After an appointment has been booked, it can be viewed by tapping Calendar.
To enter the Chat Console through the mobile app, tap on the Chat button on the bottom of the screen and then tap the slider to the on position next to "Appear online".
When clients start a chat with an operator, the chats will appear in a queue. To select a chat, tap on a client's name
Once you are finished with a chat session, tap the trash icon in the upper right corner, and then tap Quit in the window that appears.
To enable notifications for things like new messages in the Chat Console, tap the icon of a person in the upper left corner, then tap the slider to the right position next to "Notifications".
Adding and Editing Companies
To view companies click Business on the bottom right corner of the screen. On this page you can see all of an accounts companies; to add a company tap the + button in the lower right corner of the screen and enter all pertinent company information,
To edit a company's info, tap a company, tap General Information, then tap the pencil icon on the upper right corner of the next screen. From there enter any new info/delete outdate info from your company.
Adding and Editing Services
To add or edit a service tap Business on the lower right corner, tap a company, then tap Services. To create a new service tap the + button and enter info related to the service. To edit an existing service, select the service you would like to edit and tap the pencil icon on the upper right corner and update all info that needs to be changed.
Adding and Editing Staff
To add or edit a service tap Business on the lower right corner, tap a company, then tap Staff. To create a new staff member tap the + button and enter info related to them. To edit an existing staff member, select the staff member you would like to edit and tap the pencil icon on the upper right corner and update all info that needs to be changed.
Email Marketing From the Mobile App
To start an email marketing campaign from the mobile app, tap the Contacts button on the bottom of the screen then tap the icon in the upper right corner that looks like a letter.
On the next screen you are able to select the recipients, which email template is to be sent, and any add info to the body and subject of the email marketing campaign.
