Manage appointment requests for your clients as a reseller

Track appointment request usage among your clients in your reseller console

Access customer usage in the Reporting > Client usage report section of your reseller console:

Please note how appointment requests are currently reported in the reseller console:

  1. Appointments booked: Appointment requests that are confirmed by the business become regular appointments showing up here
  2. Appointments cancelled: Appointment requests that are first confirmed, then cancelled (either by the business or by the customer)
  3. Total number of appointment requests pending for confirmation: Appointment requests from customers that are sent to the business, pending for confirmation
  4. Total Number of Clients: Every contact that sends an appointment request is added here, even if it is cancelled

How to configure email notifications for each appointment request

In order to let each business manager know that an appointment request has been made, Agendize can send an email notification:

Backoffice settings for the business manager email address

The backoffice provides access to the notification settings (Scheduling settings > Notifications > Company contact > Manager email address) in order to define at which email address(es) those email notifications are sent: https://app.agendize.com/console/scheduling/settings/notifications.jsp

API

Here is the API request to be used to configure this email address:

PUT http://api.agendize.com/api/2.1/scheduling/companies/{companyId}/settings
